Relocation Manager: Kellie Mitchell
The role of the relocation manager at Coldwell Banker Hearthside is a go-to person and additional support provider for you and your agent. The manager follows the move from conception to closing. They are 100% accountable to your employer through the Relocation Management Company that is facilitating the move.
Kellie is originally from Denver, Colorado where she was a licensed realtor and relocation manager. Kellie relocated to Bucks County over 10 years ago, where she now resides with her husband and young son. In 2005, she received her Pennsylvania real estate license and worked in a variety of real estate services. Kellie joined Coldwell Banker Hearthside as a relocation manager in 2006. Currently, she serves on the Relocation Directors Advisory Board for Cartus and is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and Relocation Directors Council. We are delighted to have Kellie’s leadership and relocation expertise at Coldwell Banker Hearthside.
|Affinity Manager: Tracey Zarzycki|
The role of the Affinity Manager is critical to the support of our relocation clients as well as to the many other members of different reward based affinity programs to which Coldwell Banker Hearthside provides real estate services. Tracey facilitates and manages the process from conception to closing to ensure the affinity customer is delivered an outstanding experience while working through their affinity program with a preferred Coldwell Banker Hearthside agent.
Tracey’s past managerial experience, attention to detail, knowledge of the many reward based affinity programs, and constant follow up are the ideal talents necessary to fill this role. Tracey holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and now has 7 years of relocation experience. Tracey grew up in Hunterdon, New Jersey, but is now a Pennsylvania girl. She resides in Bucks County with her husband, two daughters, two dogs and a bird!
